Bilingual (Spanish/English) Executive Assistant

The Group of Fifty is a network of forward-thinking Latin American CEOs committed to global leadership in both business and philanthropy. We’re seeking a full-time, well-organized, fully bilingual (Spanish/English) Executive Assistant. The selected candidate will work directly with the CEO as he shapes and manages a new sales outreach program to grow the organization.

The position will have extensive exposure to small business operations and growth. This is an opportunity to work with a small team of passionate individuals who are collaborating with major brands and global thought-leaders. Some domestic and international travel will be required.


  • Manage CEO’s professional relationships and schedule

  • Ensure every call and every email is returned in a timely and appropriate manner with the help of CRM software

  • Work directly with CEO on a sales outreach strategy, including

    • Researching and presenting potential target contacts,

    • Determining sales landmarks,

    • Analyzing progress made

  • Reach out directly to target contacts on behalf of CEO prior to conferences and trips

  • Draft and edit a range of materials in Spanish and English

  • Prepare background information on key industry figures for CEO’s meetings

  • Plan and book travel for CEO

  • Minor book-keeping and data entry

  • Provide support to other components of the organization leading up to annual meeting


  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish is preferred (candidates to be tested in both languages)

  • Extremely organized with outstanding attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience using a CRM package is preferred (Salesforce, Hubspot, Insightly, etc)

  • Some bookkeeping or accounting skills are a plus

  • Strong Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • A bachelor's degree

  • A valid U.S. work permit is required
